It is with a heavy heart that we report that Fani has passed away aged 24, following complications from heart failure and a stroke. Fani’s unforgettable. With her long, captivating hair and graceful spirit, she touched the hearts of many. Her beauty and resilience will never fade, living on in the memories of all who had the privilege of knowing her. We are grateful for your ongoing support of her over the years.
Beautiful Fani did not have the skills to be released because of the time she spent in captivity in a circus prior to rescue, and so she lived out her days safely yet freely on a Sanctuary Island. She was known for her gorgeous locks, as she spent most of her time in the trees where the branches and fronds acted as a natural hairbrush. We take this time to remember her life with joy.
